Omela Filtration manufacture a complete range of industrial filtration products, including dust filter bags, needle-punched felts, liquid filter housings, filter bags, filter cartridges, and baghouse accessories. Engineered for durability, chemical resistance, and stable performance in demanding industrial environments.
We supply a complete range of filtration materials and components for both dust and liquid systems. Each category is developed for stable operation in demanding industrial environments, with sizes and materials matched to common equipment standards.
Filtration needs vary from one plant to another, but the goal is the same—stable operation and clean output. Our products are used across different industries with demanding working conditions.
High dust load and rapid temperature changes make cement production a tough environment. Our filter bags, cages, and pulse-jet systems help maintain stable emission levels from kilns, mills, and clinker coolers.

Omela Filtration specializes in dust filter bags, needle-punched felts, liquid filter bags, filter housings and baghouse accessories. Our team works closely with cement, steel, power, chemical, asphalt and water-treatment plants to match the right media to each process.
Reliable filtration parts that are easy to fit, easy to replace, and built for everyday operation on site.
Choosing the right filtration supplier affects everything from system stability to maintenance downtime. At Omela Filtration, we combine reliable materials, controlled production, and years of industry experience to support dust and liquid filtration needs across different plants and applications.
We use consistent-grade filter media, sewing thread and metals sourced from qualified suppliers. Each batch is checked for weight, thickness, air permeability and tensile strength to keep performance steady across shipments.
Our facility is equipped with modern sewing lines, hot-welding machines and automated inspection tools. This keeps production efficient and helps us meet tight delivery schedules, even on custom orders.
Our engineers and technicians have long experience with dust collectors, liquid systems and industry-specific conditions. They help you match materials to temperature, chemistry and air-to-cloth ratios to avoid unnecessary failures.
From sampling to documentation and shipping, our team responds quickly and keeps information clear. Customers in cement, asphalt, power and water-treatment plants rely on our service to resolve problems without delay.
From the first technical discussion to installation and long-term maintenance, our team stays involved at every stage. We analyze your operating conditions, adjust product designs when needed, and ensure the final filtration setup works reliably in real plant environments. After delivery, our service team continues to provide guidance and troubleshooting support, helping you keep your system stable and downtime low.
Omela’s PPS and PTFE filter bags have performed exceptionally well in our high-temperature filtration systems. I appreciated their detailed analysis before production. It helped us stabilize emissions and extend the service life of our equipment.
Omela’s polypropylene depth cartridge filters have been very reliable in our water pretreatment systems. The dimensional accuracy and consistent micron rating helped us protect our RO membranes and maintain stable differential pressure over long operating cycles.
The pulse jet baghouse supplied by Omela has significantly improved dust control in our production area. The system runs with stable pressure drop, and the cleaning performance is consistent even under continuous high dust loading. Their engineering support during sizing and commissioning was especially valuable.
Omela’s needle-punched felt media has been consistently stable in our dust filtration application. The permeability is uniform, cleaning is efficient, and the felt structure holds up well under continuous operation. Their material recommendation based on our temperature and dust characteristics made the selection process straightforward.
