Working Principle

The dust collector is divided into multiple compartments (air boxes), each equipped with 96 filter bags and an independent lifting valve operated by a cylinder at the outlet pipe. During operation, dusty air enters the collector and passes through the filter bags. Once a compartment reaches a preset dust load, the cleaning controller triggers the cleaning sequence:

  1. The lifting valve closes to isolate the chamber from airflow.
  2. A pulse valve releases compressed air (>0.4 MPa) into the clean air chamber, dislodging dust from the filter bags.
  3. The lifting valve then reopens, returning the chamber to normal filtration.
  4. This cycle continues chamber-by-chamber automatically, ensuring continuous filtration and efficient cleaning.
