Working Principle

  1. Filtration
    Dust-laden gas enters the system through the upper intake. Coarse particles fall into the hopper via inertia, while finer dust passes into the filter bags. The inner surface of the bags traps particles, and purified air exits via the exhaust system.

  2. Dust Cleaning (Back-Flushing)
    When dust accumulates and resistance increases, the system uses a microprocessor-controlled back-flush mechanism:
    • Exhaust valves close.
    • Reverse air valves open to compress filter bags.
    • Dust dislodges and drops into the hopper.
    • Cleaning occurs chamber by chamber without interrupting filtration.
  3. Temperature Control
    • The entire unit, including ducts and hoppers, is thermally insulated.
    • Temperature sensors and alarms prevent condensation and bag burning.
    • Real-time monitoring ensures operational safety.

  • Filter Media: High-temperature-resistant glass fiber bags with RH formula, providing excellent bending, abrasion, and heat shock resistance.
  • Body Structure: All-steel casing with thermal expansion allowances.
  • Insulation: Double-layer LBY-type rock wool insulation, protected by 0.5mm galvanized steel panels.
