Working Principle

  1. Filtration Phase
    Dust-laden air enters tangentially into the upper space of the filtration chamber. Due to the cyclone effect, coarse particles are separated and fall directly into the hopper.
    Finer particles are captured by the outer surface of filter bags, and the purified air passes through the bags into the clean air plenum and is discharged by the fan.
  2. Cleaning Phase
    As dust accumulates, differential pressure increases. When the upper threshold is reached, the reverse air fan starts (either automatically or manually), blowing compressed air through the rotating arm nozzle into the filter bags.
    This reverses the pressure inside the bags, causing them to flex and dislodge the dust into the hopper below.
    The rotary arm is divided into zones to perform sectional cleaning, enhancing cleaning efficiency while conserving energy.
