The GMC Series High-Temperature Pulse Jet Baghouse Dust Collector is an advanced dust collection solution independently developed by integrating 1990s German technology with local Chinese innovations. Designed for the efficient removal of industrial dust, this system has been widely adopted in the cement, metallurgy, mining, chemical, power, and non-metallic mineral processing industries.
With an advanced pulse jet cleaning mechanism, the GMC collector can effectively capture over 99.9% of dust particles from gas streams, ensuring outlet emissions below 100 mg/Nm³, even under harsh, high-temperature working environments.
Key Feature
High-pressure pulse jet cleaning (0.4–0.5 MPa) with large-flow pulse valves
Modular design with options for hopper-equipped (Type A) or flange-type (Type B) configurations
Full steel construction with cold-pressed structural plates and thermal expansion resistance
Filter bags suitable for high-temperature environments, with customizable filter media and air-to-cloth ratios
Stable performance under high-temperature and dusty conditions, ideal for cement kiln, dryer, and cooler exhaust
High collection efficiency, long filter life, low maintenance requirements
Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the filter chamber through the hopper or lower flange opening.
Larger particles settle directly into the hopper due to gravity.
Finer particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags as clean air passes through.
As dust accumulates, a differential pressure sensor or timer controller triggers the cleaning cycle.
Pulse valves inject high-pressure compressed air through blowpipes, rapidly expanding the filter bags.
The sudden deformation causes dust to fall off the bag surface into the hopper below.
Clean air is discharged through the outlet via the clean air plenum and fan.
